Installation

Installation is undertaken by the Aloha IPS technical team, one being assigned as Project Leader. This is to ensure that high customer service levels and standards are maintained throughout. Installation consists of the following:

• Software installation on the client’s hardware, database and network.
• Configuration of system defaults and switches.
• Set-up of user's identifications, passwords and security levels.
• Testing of network and fine-tuning.
