Hardware Support
Aloha IPS offers to provide a fully comprehensive hardware and network support. Hardware support is offered 7 days a week, to suit the needs of hospitality clients. Typically there is a response time of two hours and a fix time of up to four hours. In all cases Aloha IPS will attempt to provide alternative equipment to ensure that disruption is kept to a minimum depending upon which service is required.
Hardware is fully guaranteed for 1st year.
Software Support
Aloha IPS offers all clients 24 hour per day manned support, 7 days a week. This ensures that all clients have support to maintain a system in a fully operational mode, at all times.
